From the comfort of your own home, we create a sacred space to slow down, reconnect, and open the heart together. Ceremonial cacao is a gentle plant medicine that supports emotional openness, inner connection, and presence. It is rich in antioxidants and minerals, and has been used for centuries in sacred rituals and ceremonies. During the ceremony, we honor cacao with intention and drink a ceremonial dose of approximately 30 to 40 grams. You can prepare your own cup of cacao in advance at home.
